USE OF FORCE TRAINING
Through our partnership with recognized provincial use of force trainers we are pleased to offer this training in accordance with all governing laws. This program is unique such that the student must first complete a required independent study through an on-line module.
These modules relate to legal authorities, use of force theory and reference to the physical skills manual. A quiz is administered at the end of the modules and the student must obtain a passing grade to be eligible to attend the in-class practical training components.
The in-class training is conducted by provincial recognized trainers and well respected members of our law enforcement community. The student will be required to meet all provincial standards through skill tests, dynamic scenarios and a written component at the end. A certification card will be issued upon successful completion.
Our trainers will work with each student providing the necessary guidance, further recognizing the diverse range of skill levels. In addition to the provincial standard requirement, trainers offer additional programs to meet specific industry challenges.
