IN-CLASS BASIC SECURITY GUARD COURSE
Some individuals are more confident attending a class room setting such that the delivery provides an easier method of learning.
ABOUT OUR IN-CLASS COURSE:
- Consists of five (5) days, a total of 40 hours, typically completed in one full week. It is comprised of 32 hours of lessons, with the remaining 8 hours allocated to CPR/ First Aid training.
- Our trainers have over 20 years of industry experience and possess the knowledge to deliver the lessons in a manner that is both practical and easily understood.
- All materials provided.
- Scenario-based exercises are utilized to assist in the learning process.
- Additional teaching resources include training videos, open discussion and preparation quizzes.
- Students must prepare nightly and they are encouraged to read/review our training manual. This manual is based on the Ministry curriculum and is protected under Canadian Copyright laws.
- Short breaks and a lunch period are provided.
- Level C CPR/First Aid is provided by an authorized trainer. Once the student has proved competent in the required skills, a CPR/First Aid completion card is issued.
- Upon successfully meeting all course requirements, a certificate of completion will be issued.
