Company President Laurie M. Morris and Vice President Jeremy S. Goldberg, oversee all operations of Warren Protective Services Limited and continue the tradition of providing services at the highest level, based on the foundations and principles of the company's founder, F. Warren Dickson. Each client is highly valued and we strive to achieve the highest level of professional service expected of us. A contractor may claim to be the best, however this can only be determined based on performance and service. We have full confidence in meeting all expectations of our clients.
Laurie M. Morris - President
In 2003, Laurie assumed the role of company President and co-owner, after the founder and former police officer, F. Warren Dickson retired. Since joining the organization in 1990, he continues to focus on encompassing and advancing services to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Possessing an excellent knowledge of our governing laws and industry expectations, Laurie remains involved in all aspects of the business. He dedicates himself to client relations, security assessments, teaching, private investigation, advancements in service and general policy.
Jeremy S. Goldberg - Vice President
In 1988, Jeremy commenced his career in the security and investigation industry. He was one of the companies first Municipal Law Enforcement Officers and By-Law Enforcement representatives. Jeremy paved the pathway to what has become a vital part of our services to this day. Assuming the role as Vice President and co-owner in 2003, his expertise and knowledge in the areas of employment standards, human resources, by-laws and security protocols remain instrumental in our dedication to service.
Paul D. Pittman - Operations Manager
Paul has been with our organization since 2002, during which time he has achieved great success. He exemplifies loyalty and dedication, using such principles to ensure our clients and staff receive the highest level of professional attention. Since 2007, Paul has assumed the role of Operations Manager and continues his commitment to only the highest level of service. He possesses a great deal of knowledge in security policies/ procedures, by-law enforcement, employment guidelines and training implementation, all of which complement the variety of services we offer.
John F. Ramos - Training and Compliance Standards Manager
Joining our management team in 2009, John brings with him almost twenty years of industry experience, ten of those years have focused on corporate security management. He has been directly involved with our organization in various roles since 1993. He possesses extensive knowledge in residential, retail and commercial security. With further studies in the criminal code, safety protocols, policy guidelines and client relations, John heads our Training and Compliance Standards Division.
Darren M. Strom - Technical Development and Product Services Manager
Darren has been the driving force behind the success of our exclusive software. Specializing in software engineering for over fifteen years and previously client relation management, he brings a diverse range of unique skills to our team. Joining us in 2008, he was able to address the important concern of reporting and tracking and continues to head our technical and product development team.
